4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be designated as inactive. fun786 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts, subject to applicable law and the Platform's current inactive account policy, details of which are available from the Support team.
4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may close your fun786 Account at any time by contacting the Support team. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no outstanding wagering obligations remain unfulfilled.

6.4 Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused Bonus Funds or unmet wagering requirements remaining at the time of expiry will be removed from the Account without compensation.
6.5 fun786 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect the terms applicable to bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the modification.
7.1 Sportsbook. All bets placed on the fun786 sportsbook are subject to the applicable sport-specific and market-specific rules available in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. fun786 will not be liable for losses resulting from Platform unavailability outside its reasonable control.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude fun786's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by fun786's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
13.1 fun786 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
13.2 Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, fun786 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings in the Account. Real-money Balance (funds deposited by the Player and not derived from bonuses) will be returned to the Player following completion of any pending investigation, subject to applicable AML obligations.

16.1 Informal Resolution. 16.2 Formal Complaints. 16.3 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fun786's international gaming licence is issued. Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the procedures above.
